The Oncology Treatment Planner from QuantumLogic Health integrates patient tumor board inputs — histology, molecular profiling (MSI, TMB, PD-L1, EGFR, KRAS, BRCA), TNM staging, and performance status — and produces ranked treatment recommendations aligned with NCCN Guidelines for 14 cancer types including breast, lung, colorectal, prostate, hematologic malignancies, and rare solid tumors. Recommendations are delivered as FHIR R4 CarePlan resources with evidence citations, biomarker eligibility criteria for clinical trials, and alternative regimen options for patients with comorbidities or prior therapy. Validated at 8 NCI-designated cancer centers with 94% concordance to multidisciplinary tumor board consensus.
