The FHIR HL7 Translation Gateway eliminates the integration barrier between legacy HL7 v2 infrastructure and modern FHIR-native applications. It processes ADT^A01–A47, ORM^O01, ORU^R01, MDM^T02, and SIU^S12 message types and maps them to canonical FHIR R4 resources using configurable LOINC, SNOMED CT, and ICD-10 terminology mappings. Deployed at 85+ hospitals processing an aggregate of 47M messages/day with 99.99% uptime. Includes a no-code mapping editor, HL7 MLLP and REST ingestion endpoints, and full message audit trail.
